Which payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer a cash-on-delivery (COD) payment option?

We do not offer cash-on-delivery. You need to use online payment methods when placing an order.

If I need to pay the duty and taxes?

Most of the EU countries don’t need to pay customs duty. Except Denmark need to be dealt with by the customers themselves if they encounter secondary customs clearance.

Yes, in most countries we can ship with the DHL (Delivery duty paid) Method if you provide the correct address and phone number.

Where are you shipping from?

We send the goods from EU warehouse and China warehouse , it depend on which Disposable Vape you like.

How long does order preparation take?

Order preparation takes 1-3 business days except for pre-sale products.

How long is the transit time?

Send from EU warehouse: the transfer time is 3-7 days after it pick up by express company.

Send from China warehouse: the transfer time is 15-25 days.

PS: The above transit time does not include stock preparation time. 

What do I do if a package is lost or delayed?

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

How do I return a product?

We have a 15 day return policy, which will allow you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item if there is a quality issue.Please make sure that your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
