Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Wire Transfer (T/T), Bank Transfer (SEPA), Credit Card (Mastercard ,Visa, Discover, American Express, Jcb) and Local Pay (Trustly , MyBank, Przelewy24, PayU) and more. You can Contact us.

Do you offer a cash-on-delivery (COD) payment option?

We do not offer cash-on-delivery. You need to use online payment methods when placing an order.

Why was the payment declined?

How can I obtain an invoice?

You can request an invoice during checkout, and we will send it to you via email. 

Can I have a sample order?

Yes, we welcome sample orders with a minimum of 10 pieces to test and check quality.

Shipping Details

What's the shipping policy?

Free shipping to most EU countries.You also can check the shipping fee on our website.

If I need to pay the duty and taxes?

Most of the EU countries don’t need to pay customs duty. Except Denmark need to be dealt with by the customers themselves if they encounter secondary customs clearance.

If the goods delivered to my home?

Yes, in most countries we can ship with the DDP (Delivery duty paid) Method if you provide the correct address and phone number.
Europe DDP countries: France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain.

What shipping methods you will use?

USA – Local UPS Express (except Alaska and Hawaii)
UK – Local Royal Mail
Europe–Local UPS Express/ DPD Express/ DHL Express/ GLS
CA – Local Canada Post
AU – Australia Post

Where are you shipping from?

We send the goods from EU warehouse and China warehouse , it depend on which Disposable Vape you like.

How long does order preparation take?

Order preparation takes 1-3 business days except for pre-sale products.

How long is the transit time?

Send from EU warehouse: the transfer time is 3-7 days after it pick up by express company.

Send from China warehouse: the transfer time is 15-25 days.

PS: The above transit time does not include stock preparation time.

What do I do if a package is lost or delayed?

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Do you offer a guarantee for the Vape Pen?

Yes, we offer 6 month guarantee for the Vape Pen.

How does your factory do quality control?

We do 100% testing pass before the delivery of goods.

How do I return a product?

We have a 15 day return policy, which will allow you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item if there is a quality issue.Please make sure that your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Then contact us for return shipping information.
